You can also get a flight to Bagdogra, costs Rs4,000 onwards, and then make you way to Phuentsholing, which is five hours away by road and is an entry point into Bhutan. For Indian nationals, they have a visa on arrival facility. Book via a travel agent, though, as the kingdom requires you to opt for a package deal, with a guide, rooms and meals all booked before you arrive.
West Bengal’s Himalayan town, Darjeeling is quite famous amongst the honeymooners. The entire surrounding of the place is beautiful and peaceful.
